• Covering mouth and nose with face mask, loop elastic bands behind each ear.

• Squeeze the metal nose stay over the bridge of your nose to seal the face mask at the top. It is important to ensure that there are no gaps between your face and the face mask.

• Avoid touching the mask while using it. If you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

• Try to avoid touching the outside to adjust it, or occasionally removing it to wipe your mouth. The outside of the face mask holds possible contaminants. To remove the face mask: grasp it from the elastic bands behind the ears. (do not touch the front of face mask)
